Electrical Engineer (Hybrid, Poland)

Support low-complexity circuit design, component testing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation as an Electrical Engineer. Collaborate with engineers and technicians in a hybrid Poland-based role.

Description

  • Assist senior engineers with the basic design and implementation of electrical systems, hardware boards, and circuits.
  • Test electrical design components according to established test plans.
  • Identify and troubleshoot basic issues in electrical designs.
  • Maintain and organize technical documents, manuals, and reports.
  • Work with engineers and technicians to advance projects and meet technical specifications.
  • Follow company guidelines and standard practices when completing assigned work.
  • Deliver assigned project tasks by established deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree or a country-equivalent university degree.
  • Aken-certified technician or bachelor's-level qualification.
  • Proficiency in designing and analyzing electrical circuits with industry-standard tools.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical component functions and testing methods.
  • Experience preparing and maintaining detailed technical documentation and reports.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve routine electrical system issues using established procedures.
  • Proficiency with CAD software for electrical schematics and layouts.
  • Ability to assess routine technical problems and select appropriate solutions.
  • Understanding of the organization's structure and information flow.
  • Knowledge of electrical engineering industry standards and applicable safety regulations.
  • Ability to support project activities and meet deadlines within standardized procedures.
  • Familiarity with MATLAB, LabVIEW, or comparable engineering tools.
  • Strong mathematical foundation for electrical engineering applications.
  • International bachelor's or equivalent university degree by country.
