Description

  • Evaluate growth opportunities, market trends, competitive forces, and emerging industry shifts.
  • Recommend business, portfolio, investment, and partnership decisions using evidence-based analysis.
  • Work with senior leaders to set strategic priorities and long-term business direction.
  • Resolve critical business questions for HPE Networking.
  • Lead priority strategy projects from defining the problem through recommendations, decisions, execution, and impact.
  • Frame and solve complex business problems through cross-functional leadership and executive alignment.
  • Prepare executive analysis, recommendations, and presentations for senior leaders.
  • Advise internally on critical business challenges and opportunities.
  • Turn strategic priorities into action plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Coordinate stakeholders and functions to speed execution.
  • Identify risks, obstacles, and dependencies that could affect strategic objectives.
  • Support executive planning, strategy reviews, leadership offsites, and priority business forums.
  • Build alignment and enable decisions across the Networking leadership team.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitive positioning, and industry developments.
  • Produce insights that inform strategic choices and improve business performance.

Requirements

  • Bring at least 8 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, strategic planning, business transformation, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate success leading complex strategic initiatives from concept through execution.
  • Apply exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and structured-thinking skills.
  • Communicate and present effectively to executive audiences.
  • Influence senior leaders and build consensus in large, matrixed organizations.
  • Work effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving settings while staying focused on outcomes.
  • Experience at a leading strategy consulting firm is preferred.
  • Experience in enterprise technology, networking, cloud, security, infrastructure, or a related industry is preferred.
  • An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
  • Show a track record of using AI to improve strategy team productivity and efficiency.
  • Personally lead analysis, develop recommendations, and drive execution.
  • Bring strong executive presence and influence without formal authority.
  • Work across strategy development, executive alignment, and implementation.
