Description
- Drive the implementation, growth, and monetization of a digital ecosystem for fuel stations
- Create the roadmap, governance framework, go-to-market plan, and scaling model
- Oversee the ecosystem, RFPs, supplier sourcing, and strategic partner relationships
- Direct monetization and retail media programs, including media sales, pricing, and digital-asset profitability
- Oversee data, AI, and business intelligence initiatives, including governance, analytics, and AI models
- Connect loyalty and CRM capabilities with digital customer journeys
- Coordinate support for fuel station operators, covering adoption, onboarding, relationship management, and issue resolution
- Track operations and results through KPIs, SLAs, implementation progress, and executive reporting
Requirements
- Background in digital product and channel development, loyalty programs, and commercial growth
- Familiarity with IoT, AI, and retail media is an advantage
- Demonstrated initiative, a growth-oriented mindset, indirect leadership ability, and strong negotiation skills
- Business development experience
- Product development experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, technology, marketing, economics, or a related discipline
- English proficiency is beneficial but not mandatory
