Description
- Enable engineering teams to improve application development and delivery
- Drive adoption of DevOps tools, automation, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering standards
- Build reusable templates, automation patterns, and self-service solutions
- Contribute to the development and adoption of Internal Developer Platform capabilities
- Resolve complex issues involving development, automation, and engineering tools
- Advance Infrastructure as Code, cloud-native development, DevSecOps, and AI-assisted engineering
- Share expertise through coaching, workshops, documentation, and engineering communities
- Partner with developers, architects, DevOps, platform, security, and product teams
Requirements
- Background in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Developer Experience, Site Reliability Engineering, or software engineering
- Solid command of CI/CD, automation, Infrastructure as Code, and contemporary engineering practices
- Practical experience with GitHub Enterprise, Bitbucket, Jenkins, CloudBees, JFrog Artifactory, SonarQube, Jira, or Confluence
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms, containers, observability, security, and engineering governance
- Interest in AI-assisted development, AIOps, and intelligent automation
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Fluent English
