Data Analyst - United States Remote

Develop automated enterprise reporting, support core banking workflows, and improve data quality at Climate First Bank. The role combines reporting, workflow automation, core conversion support, and cross-functional compliance collaboration.

Description

  • Build and enhance recurring and ad hoc enterprise reports
  • Convert business needs into clear technical reporting specifications
  • Test reports and perform reconciliations and data quality checks
  • Automate reporting to reduce manual work and improve efficiency
  • Support core conversion planning, testing, reconciliation, and post-conversion validation
  • Coordinate core changes with the Systems Analyst
  • Create technical specifications for Jack Henry & Associates workflow automation
  • Work with IT, Operations, Compliance, and other teams to meet regulatory and business requirements
  • Support environmental, social, economic, and racial justice commitments
  • Monitor applicable regulations and complete required compliance and IT training
  • Apply established bank policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Escalate suspicious activity and help relevant teams prevent fraud
  • Manage multiple projects independently and deliver measurable outcomes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or at least three years of experience in workflow automation, business process improvement, or systems analysis
  • At least five years of banking experience
  • Advanced Cognos report-writing skills or equivalent enterprise reporting experience
  • Knowledge of Jack Henry SilverLake or CIF 20/20
  • Experience validating and reconciling data during core conversions
  • Experience with Google Looker Studio, Google Cloud Platform, or modern analytics platforms
  • Preferred experience with SQL scripting and reporting
  • Power BI experience is an advantage
  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on report development
  • Strong knowledge of banking operations, compliance standards, and customer service workflows
  • Familiarity with Excel, databases, and form-building tools
  • Availability to work Eastern Standard Hours
  • United States-based remote work
  • Must be a non-smoker or commit to cessation within 90 days of accepting an offer
  • Valid U.S. work authorization required; visa sponsorship is not available
