Description

  • Support customers with accounting processes by interpreting data, resolving questions, and delivering an efficient, consultative experience.
  • Respond to customer inquiries about accounting matters.
  • Advise customers on accounting entries and reconciliations.
  • Assist with reviewing trial balances and financial statements.
  • Explain requirements related to ancillary tax obligations.
  • Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate, clear, and reliable customer guidance.
  • Document customer interactions and track follow-up actions.

Requirements

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Working knowledge of applicable tax regulations.
  • Intermediate proficiency with accounting software.
  • Advanced knowledge of ancillary tax obligations.
  • Basic understanding of ICMS differential rates, tax prepayments, and ICMS tax substitution calculations.
  • Ability to prepare accounting reports.
  • Knowledge of tax legislation.
  • Experience analyzing and preparing financial statements.
  • Basic knowledge of the single-phase PIS and COFINS taxation regime.
  • Knowledge of ICMS legislation and interstate agreements.
  • Understanding of procedures for recording incoming and outgoing invoices.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Knowledge of tax routines for Simples Nacional and Presumed Profit regimes.
  • Proficiency with omnichannel customer service platforms.
  • Intermediate ability to analyze and assess taxes.
  • Knowledge of service invoice issuance, withholdings, service codes, and municipalities of taxation.
  • Knowledge of ISS legislation and municipal and federal tax incentives, particularly for service exports.
  • Intermediate knowledge of the Fator R tax incentive.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
