Description

  • Deliver customer orders across the catalogue
  • Coordinate purchase orders, logistics, production planning, and customer communications
  • Own the live delivery process and develop new operational systems
  • Build customer relationships through proactive check-ins and business reviews
  • Maintain and refine rolling demand forecasts for assigned accounts
  • Resolve customer and business challenges by balancing commercial and operational needs

Requirements

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in a demanding operational setting, such as a startup
  • Demonstrated ownership of results and processes for high-stakes projects
  • Customer-oriented problem-solving skills with the ability to balance competing operational priorities
  • Confidence communicating difficult information while preserving strong customer relationships
  • A practical, delivery-focused approach to working in ambiguous environments
  • Ability to solve problems from first principles
  • STEM background
