Description

  • Handle loan applications from UK small businesses

  • Gather applicant and business details through third-party systems
  • Match loan documentation with internal records to verify completeness and accuracy

Requirements

  • At least six months of experience in a high-volume operations or administrative position
  • Ability to meet deadlines and business objectives in a fast-moving environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Self-directed approach with strong organisational abilities
  • Ability to work consistently within established procedures
  • Comfort with completing repetitive tasks accurately
  • Readiness to learn and adjust as policies and procedures change
  • Knowledge of financial records, bank statements, and identity documents is helpful but not required
  • Ability to find practical ways to use Generative AI to simplify daily work and increase personal productivity
  • Confidence in using approved AI tools securely and effectively
