At least six months of experience in a high-volume operations or administrative position
Ability to meet deadlines and business objectives in a fast-moving environment
Exceptional attention to detail
Self-directed approach with strong organisational abilities
Ability to work consistently within established procedures
Comfort with completing repetitive tasks accurately
Readiness to learn and adjust as policies and procedures change
Knowledge of financial records, bank statements, and identity documents is helpful but not required
Ability to find practical ways to use Generative AI to simplify daily work and increase personal productivity
Confidence in using approved AI tools securely and effectively
