Creative Content Coordinator - London Hybrid

Create video, photography, and social media content for Alpha UK and Alpha Youth UK. Support digital storytelling, audience engagement, and communications across ministry channels.

Description

  • Produce engaging video and photography content for Alpha UK and Alpha Youth UK channels
  • Develop content tailored to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, websites, and other digital platforms
  • Assist with content planning, scheduling, and execution against marketing and communications goals
  • Tell stories of personal transformation and church impact through varied content formats
  • Attend events to produce live and follow-up content
  • Engage with followers and help oversee social media communities
  • Keep website content accurate, timely, and relevant
  • Work with Alpha UK teams to develop content for Youth, Students, Prisons, Chinese, and Catholic ministries
  • Complete high-quality content projects within agreed budgets and deadlines

Requirements

  • Experience running or attending an Alpha course
  • Understanding of Alpha and strong alignment with its values
  • Track record of increasing brand awareness and social media engagement, including familiarity with best practices and analytics
  • Proficiency with Adobe applications
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills
  • Excellent organisation, with the ability to plan ahead and meet deadlines
  • Awareness of industry trends and interest in how other brands approach their work
  • Strong attention to detail, including accurate filing and storage of work
  • Collaborative team member who takes ownership through to completion
  • Ability to learn new skills quickly
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, developing environment
