Promote Desjardins Group projects, policies, and programs through clear, targeted communications. Manage digital channels, social communities, print initiatives, reporting, and communications recommendations.

Description

  • Develop and distribute communications that promote Desjardins Group projects, policies, and programs to employees, members, and clients
  • Build and strengthen the organization’s online brand presence
  • Create, manage, and maintain social media and other digital communications
  • Manage online communities and support social media engagement
  • Advise clients and partners on small- and medium-scale print communications
  • Create practical tools, methods, and processes for communications work
  • Recommend solutions and action plans aligned with organizational priorities and objectives
  • Assess communications-related issues, challenges, and needs to define desired outcomes
  • Support the development and execution of objectives, solutions, policies, programs, and action plans
  • Review information and client requests, conduct analyses, and prepare reports
  • Provide informed communications recommendations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across different areas of the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
  • At least two years of relevant professional experience
  • Equivalent combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
  • Advanced spoken and written French proficiency
