- Develop and distribute communications that promote Desjardins Group projects, policies, and programs to employees, members, and clients
- Build and strengthen the organization’s online brand presence
- Create, manage, and maintain social media and other digital communications
- Manage online communities and support social media engagement
- Advise clients and partners on small- and medium-scale print communications
- Create practical tools, methods, and processes for communications work
- Recommend solutions and action plans aligned with organizational priorities and objectives
- Assess communications-related issues, challenges, and needs to define desired outcomes
- Support the development and execution of objectives, solutions, policies, programs, and action plans
- Review information and client requests, conduct analyses, and prepare reports
- Provide informed communications recommendations
- Collaborate with stakeholders across different areas of the organization

- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
- At least two years of relevant professional experience
- Equivalent combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
