Clinical Trials Associate - Germany Remote

Support sponsor-dedicated clinical trial coordination for ICON in Germany. Manage study documentation, regulatory submissions, trial metrics, and materials supporting innovative treatments.

Description

  • Coordinate and administer clinical trials in line with study protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Organize clinical trial records, including study files, essential documents, and regulatory submissions.
  • Help prepare study materials such as informed consent forms and case report forms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support communication and effective trial delivery.
  • Track and report clinical trial metrics and study milestones.
  • Support clinical trial design and analysis, interpret complex medical data, and help advance innovative treatments and therapies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific or healthcare-related discipline.
  • Previous clinical research experience or a strong interest in the field.
  • Understanding of clinical trial procedures, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Collaborative approach, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to travel as needed, approximately 10%.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Legal authorization to work in the country where the role is based is required for employment with ICON.
