Business Development Manager, Italian and English (Remote, Bulgaria)
Grow Xometry’s digital manufacturing marketplace by developing customer relationships and managing sales leads in Italian and English. This full-time remote role is based in Bulgaria.
Description
- Grow the customer base through outbound sales and management of inbound leads.
- Meet sales plans and individual performance targets.
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Communicate with customers by phone, email, online meeting, and messaging platform.
- Keep customer records accurate and up to date in Salesforce.
- Help customers use their accounts, submit requests, and place orders.
- Track customer payments and follow up as needed.
- Build lasting customer relationships and identify opportunities to upsell.
- Find new business opportunities among assigned and newly acquired accounts.
- Represent Xometry professionally when communicating with customers across industries.
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales, business development, customer success, or account management.
- Fluency in Italian and English is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, negotiate, and deliver results.
- Able to spot business opportunities, meet sales targets, and help maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Able to learn product details quickly and explain them clearly to customers.
- Strong social awareness, empathy, and a customer-focused communication style.
- Responsible, adaptable, determined, and motivated to develop professionally.
- Experience living abroad is an advantage.
- Must be located in Bulgaria.
