Description

  • Deliver enterprise application enhancements, implementations, upgrades, and support across technology and supply chain functions.
  • Gather requirements, design and configure solutions, and complete end-to-end validation.
  • Collaborate with operations, finance, and business stakeholders.
  • Apply AI tools and enablement to procure-to-pay processes.
  • Coordinate BRDs, testing support, UAT issue resolution, and production migration activities with stakeholders.
  • Provide analytical support through complex query development.
  • Organize meetings and prepare agendas and minutes.
  • Support training initiatives and the recruitment of contract resources.
  • Contribute to management activities as needed.
  • Bridge business users and technology teams to support performance analysis and planning.

Requirements

  • At least five years of experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, including expertise in Concur travel expenses, Fieldglass, data warehouses, and middleware tools.
  • Experience delivering implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and rollout projects.
  • Strong understanding of travel and expense processes.
  • Experience with electronic processing and workflow systems.
  • Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL query development.
  • Understanding of SAP data models and integration with other modules.
  • Experience supporting multiple clients or users in an IT analyst role, with strong organization and business judgment.
  • Ability to methodically synthesize and analyze data and produce precise qualitative outputs.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and output quality.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Ability to learn and apply new technologies while adapting to changing processes.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision and contribute effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong follow-through, multitasking, leadership, teamwork, interpersonal, flexibility, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build effective relationships across functions, regions, and management levels.
  • Self-motivated approach, strong sense of urgency, and ability to manage multiple requests under deadline pressure.
  • Bachelor’s degree, university degree, or equivalent experience.
