Business Analyst – SAP Fieldglass & Concur | Citi (Hybrid, Pune)
Support Citi’s SAP Fieldglass and Concur procurement platforms across requirements, integrations, implementations, testing, upgrades, and production support. Partner with technology, supply chain, finance, operations, and business teams to improve procure-to-pay processes.

- Deliver enterprise application enhancements, implementations, upgrades, and support across technology and supply chain functions.
- Gather requirements, design and configure solutions, and complete end-to-end validation.
- Collaborate with operations, finance, and business stakeholders.
- Apply AI tools and enablement to procure-to-pay processes.
- Coordinate BRDs, testing support, UAT issue resolution, and production migration activities with stakeholders.
- Provide analytical support through complex query development.
- Organize meetings and prepare agendas and minutes.
- Support training initiatives and the recruitment of contract resources.
- Contribute to management activities as needed.
- Bridge business users and technology teams to support performance analysis and planning.

- At least five years of experience with enterprise platforms such as SAP, including expertise in Concur travel expenses, Fieldglass, data warehouses, and middleware tools.
- Experience delivering implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and rollout projects.
- Strong understanding of travel and expense processes.
- Experience with electronic processing and workflow systems.
- Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL query development.
- Understanding of SAP data models and integration with other modules.
- Experience supporting multiple clients or users in an IT analyst role, with strong organization and business judgment.
- Ability to methodically synthesize and analyze data and produce precise qualitative outputs.
- High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and output quality.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Ability to learn and apply new technologies while adapting to changing processes.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision and contribute effectively in a team environment.
