Description
- Own Mend.io’s social media presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- Publish content, monitor activity, and engage with audiences across assigned channels
- Build and manage an integrated social media content calendar
- Use Sprout Social and Canva to schedule, monitor, and report on social activity
- Evaluate social analytics, KPIs, and performance metrics to guide strategy
- Collaborate with Design, Content, Event, and Product Marketing teams to develop and adapt content
- Lead the employee advocacy program to strengthen participation and extend social reach
Requirements
- Strong command of B2B social media practices across LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter, Instagram, and Threads
- Demonstrated experience delivering social media strategies and maintaining content calendars
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as Sprout Social
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting performance data and producing actionable insights
- Collaborative approach with a demonstrated ability to contribute effectively within a team
- Highly organized and attentive to detail
- Self-directed, proactive, and motivated
- Creative ability to tailor and repurpose content
- Previous social media management experience in a B2B, technology, or SaaS setting
