  • Own Mend.io’s social media presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
  • Publish content, monitor activity, and engage with audiences across assigned channels
  • Build and manage an integrated social media content calendar
  • Use Sprout Social and Canva to schedule, monitor, and report on social activity
  • Evaluate social analytics, KPIs, and performance metrics to guide strategy
  • Collaborate with Design, Content, Event, and Product Marketing teams to develop and adapt content
  • Lead the employee advocacy program to strengthen participation and extend social reach

Talablar

  • Strong command of B2B social media practices across LinkedIn, YouTube, X/Twitter, Instagram, and Threads
  • Demonstrated experience delivering social media strategies and maintaining content calendars
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Sprout Social
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting performance data and producing actionable insights
  • Collaborative approach with a demonstrated ability to contribute effectively within a team
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail
