- Resolve issues and share findings and outcomes as appropriate
- Research questions and provide answers
- Address issues raised by internal and external cross-functional teams
- Escalate roadblocks promptly to executive leaders and customers
- Audit quality management system documents
- Help manage quality systems
- Improve facility processes on an ongoing basis
- Contribute to quarterly business reviews and presentations
- Support account relationships across daily tactical and strategic activities
- Build strong client relationships between GXO and its customers and carriers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- One year of experience as a commodity buyer
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- U.S. citizenship to meet government and federal program requirements
- Travel availability preferred
- Effective communication across the organization preferred
- A pre-employment drug test may be required for candidates who receive a conditional offer
