Description

  • Manage account strategy, pipeline development, and business-case support for small-to-midsize retailers.
  • Evaluate sales, profitability, fulfillment, and service data to uncover opportunities and improve performance.
  • Serve as a primary partner contact and build relationships that support long-term growth.
  • Create KPIs, action plans, and operating processes that improve partner efficiency and results.
  • Work across teams while offering guidance and informal mentorship to colleagues.
  • Lead account strategy, performance optimization, relationship management, sales growth, operational efficiency, and partner success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or two years of experience in business or a related area.
  • Experience in account management, sales strategy, or retail partnership management.
  • Strong analytical ability with the judgment to turn data into actionable business insights.
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and manage relationships with external partners.
  • Experience creating and delivering business strategies, KPIs, and performance improvement plans.
  • Track record of supporting or mentoring others without direct authority.
  • Experience in a related area is preferred.
