Description
- Identify e-commerce businesses suited to Pagar.me’s products and features.
- Conduct outbound prospecting to engage e-commerce businesses and introduce the product.
- Assess customer operational challenges or opportunities and match them with Pagar.me’s features.
- Negotiate and sell through a consultative approach, shaping a solution around each customer’s needs.
- Guide customers through onboarding to the system.
- Support and manage customers throughout the sales cycle, through proposal close.
Requirements
- Background in sales and inside sales.
- Experience with outbound prospecting and generating qualified sales opportunities.
- A results-driven approach focused on closing deals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to organize day-to-day work, activities, targets, and results.
- Proactive commitment to ongoing learning and improvement.
- Resilience in pursuing targets and resolving problems.
