Description
- Help prepare employment contracts and contract amendments
- Maintain accurate employee administrative records
- Keep HR reports and tracking dashboards up to date
- Assist with tracking leave, absences, and sick leave
- Help coordinate and monitor occupational health appointments
- Support the administration of health insurance and employee benefits plans
- Maintain employee information in the HR information system
- Draft HR-related administrative correspondence
- Help monitor work-related accident cases
- Support the preparation of HR metrics and statistical reports
- Provide general administrative assistance to the HR team
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a third-year Bachelor’s or first- or second-year Master’s program in Human Resources
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Comfortable using office software, especially Excel; pivot tables and basic formulas are advantageous
- Intermediate English proficiency at approximately B1 level is advantageous in this international workplace
