विवरण
- Design and size structural elements for multidisciplinary projects
- Conduct advanced structural analyses
- Prepare, sign, and approve technical reports in line with applicable requirements and quality standards
- Develop and submit cost estimates
- Work with the project delivery team to maintain engineering and project quality
- Provide technical assistance for on-site activities
- Help prepare service proposals, contract documents, and bids
- Support the ongoing improvement of technical practices and requirements
- Take an active project-management role as the structural discipline engineer
- Handle other duties related to the Structural Engineer position
- Design, analyze, and inspect structures across industrial, manufacturing, commercial, and institutional sectors
आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- Membership in the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ)
- Five to 15 years of relevant experience designing structural elements
- Required proficiency with SAFI, ADA, Robot, and/or STAAD Pro
- Strong priority-management skills in a multidisciplinary setting
- Technical rigor and a firm commitment to quality standards
- Ability to lead and influence others
- Proactive, self-directed, and collaborative approach
- Fluency in spoken and written French
- Functional English may be needed when communicating with English-speaking suppliers or partners
