- Develop and refine MongoDB schemas, indexes, and performance optimization strategies

- Modernize existing platforms, reduce technical debt, and strengthen performance and reliability

- Help establish engineering standards, development frameworks, and architectural practices

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
- At least 8 years of professional software development experience, primarily with .NET technologies
- Advanced proficiency in C# and .NET application development
- Substantial MongoDB experience, including schema design, indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning
- Background designing scalable, distributed, and maintainable enterprise systems
- Strong command of object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, and contemporary design patterns
- Experience with Git, sound source-control practices, and CI/CD pipelines
- Well-developed analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to connect technical quality with business results and customer requirements
- Experience using cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience developing or supporting microservices architectures
- Front-end development experience with React or Angular
- Experience with automated testing tools such as NUnit, xUnit, or MSTest
- Familiarity with AI-enabled software development tools
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Healthcare technology or SaaS experience is advantageous
