- Develop and maintain data warehouse models and pipelines using Snowflake, dbt, and related tools.
- Connect CRM, project management, field data, and remote sensing systems through integrations.

- Take ownership of platform data quality and coordinate with teams to fix issues at their source.
- Create analytics for leadership and customer reporting, as well as data products.
- Develop and validate AI tools that reduce manual work in verification and operations delivery.
- Work with platform users to understand their needs and shape suitable solutions.
- Lead delivery of the data platform, including its pipelines, integrations, analytics, and AI tools.

- At least five years of experience in data or analytics engineering.
- Strong SQL and Python skills.
- Practical experience with Snowflake, dbt, or a comparable stack.
- Experience developing API integrations.
- Experience applying large language models to real business problems.
- Ability to understand business operations and spot figures that appear incorrect.
- Ability to discuss tradeoffs with stakeholders who are not data specialists.
- Agricultural, environmental, or remote sensing data experience is a plus.
