- Generate actionable insights that support business priorities, strategic decisions, and profitable brand and category growth.
- Deliver analytical recommendations and uncover opportunities through syndicated sources such as Circana, Nielsen, and point-of-sale data.
- Maintain strong knowledge of category trends and the broader business landscape.
- Apply data visualization and storytelling techniques to create sales presentations.
- Develop and maintain 4P reports and tools used by customer account teams.
- Retrieve data for ad hoc analysis from syndicated sources, retailer platforms, and internal systems.
- Partner with Customer Account Managers to achieve sales goals and increase market share for Nestle brands.

- At least 18 months of experience in retail sales or a related sales environment focused on sales reporting and analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel capability, including XLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
- Intermediate AI skills, including Copilot, Claude, and AI applications for analytics.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and time-management skills.
- Excellent customer-service orientation and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented approach to work.
- Comprehensive knowledge of 4P sales fundamentals.
- Experience with syndicated data sources such as Circana and Nielsen, along with data visualization techniques.
- Experience in CPG or retail, including large- and small-format grocery or wholesale channels.
- Demonstrated success meeting KPI objectives.
