Manage a shifting executive calendar covering leadership meetings, strategic reviews, customer and partner discussions, and cross-functional routines.
Arrange domestic and international travel, itineraries, logistics, and expense reporting.
Anticipate executive needs, safeguard their time, and prepare them for important meetings and decisions.
Develop and coordinate meeting briefs, agendas, background notes, and follow-up materials.
Coordinate planning sessions, team check-ins, and priority reviews that keep the organization on track.
Serve as a polished contact for internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
Monitor action items, commitments, and deadlines through completion.
Work with the Office of the President, other executive assistants, and cross-functional teams.
Refine administrative workflows, communications, and executive support practices.
Help onboard new Revenue Operations team members.
Provide direct support to the SVP of Revenue Operations and backup support to the wider leadership team.

At least 10 years supporting C-suite or senior executives in a fast-paced, high-growth, or highly matrixed organization.
