Manage digital payroll operations and advise clients on wage tax and social security matters. Support Consultia Unternehmensgruppe’s automated, DATEV-based payroll processes in a hybrid Berlin role.

- Prepare and process payroll independently
- Act as a client contact for wage tax and social security questions
- Help develop and automate digital workflows
- Optionally assist with related accounting tasks
- Advise clients and improve payroll processes
- Use integrated digital and AI-supported tools, including DATEV Personal
आवश्यकताएँ
- Completed vocational training as a tax clerk or an equivalent qualification, preferably with payroll accounting experience
- Working knowledge of DATEV and Microsoft Office
- A positive attitude toward digital, paperless work
- An independent and dependable approach
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Excellent written and spoken German
- A CV and relevant certificates are required; a cover letter is optional
