Onsite Customer Service Representative - GXO Logistics
Coordinate warehouse activity, inventory, freight records, and customer orders in support of GXO Logistics’ supply-chain operations.
विवरण
- Allocate workloads among warehouse workers, material handlers, and drivers
- Prepare work orders, troubleshoot order issues, and resolve discrepancies
- Assign and release orders for loading and unloading
- Allocate inventory and investigate inventory availability for customer orders
- Record inbound and outbound freight data in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Prepare bills of lading (BOLs)
- Maintain existing reports and produce required new reports
- Process, audit, and organize operational documentation
- Support managers and supervisors with warehouse duties, inventory, packing slips, reports, and customer orders
आवश्यकताएँ
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Communicate effectively with carriers, customers, employees, and management
- Manage competing priorities and multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
- Work a flexible schedule when required
- At least one year of customer service experience
- At least six months of warehouse experience
- High school diploma or equivalent is desirable
- May need to pass a pre-employment drug test after receiving a conditional offer
- Comply with GXO COVID-19 safety policies and applicable CDC, OSHA, state, and local requirements
