Allocate workloads among warehouse workers, material handlers, and drivers
Prepare work orders, troubleshoot order issues, and resolve discrepancies
Assign and release orders for loading and unloading
Allocate inventory and investigate inventory availability for customer orders
Record inbound and outbound freight data in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Prepare bills of lading (BOLs)
Maintain existing reports and produce required new reports
Process, audit, and organize operational documentation
Support managers and supervisors with warehouse duties, inventory, packing slips, reports, and customer orders

Талаптар

Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office
Communicate effectively with carriers, customers, employees, and management
Manage competing priorities and multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
Work a flexible schedule when required
At least one year of customer service experience
At least six months of warehouse experience
High school diploma or equivalent is desirable
May need to pass a pre-employment drug test after receiving a conditional offer
Comply with GXO COVID-19 safety policies and applicable CDC, OSHA, state, and local requirements
