Hotel Maintenance Engineer
Maintain facilities at Tru by Hilton Raleigh-Durham Airport in an onsite hotel engineering role. Handle preventive maintenance, repairs, guest service requests, and building systems.
विवरण
- Support daily maintenance work such as painting, plumbing, electrical repairs, and HVAC servicing
- Complete preventive maintenance and repairs on property-wide building systems and equipment
- Diagnose and repair mechanical equipment, including refrigerators, ice machines, and laundry machines
- Help keep hotel grounds and public spaces clean and safe
- Address guest maintenance requests promptly and professionally
- Track and manage maintenance supplies and equipment inventory
- Follow safety and security procedures when using tools and equipment
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Engineer to maintain the property’s condition
आवश्यकताएँ
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of experience in maintenance or construction
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance methods and principles
- Strong communication skills for working with guests and colleagues
- Motivation to learn and expand maintenance capabilities
- Ability to follow directions and contribute effectively on a team
- Physical ability to lift at least 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and bend or kneel while completing maintenance work
