- Oversee sales and operational performance to support efficiency, profitability, and strategic objectives
- Manage employees at multiple levels, including a team of leaders
- Recruit, coach, develop, and manage the performance of direct reports
- Supervise day-to-day activities across all departments
- Create, track, and evaluate KPIs to measure business performance
- Prepare and oversee annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting
- Review financial results and take corrective action when needed
- Design and execute operational strategies that support the company’s vision, mission, and goals
- Pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships that support growth
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and customers

आवश्यकताएँ
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related discipline
- At least five years of progressive management experience, ideally in B2B services, construction, or a comparable field
- Demonstrated success growing a business, improving efficiency, and leading diverse teams
- Strong financial judgment and experience managing budgets
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- A professional license or certification may be required in certain markets
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Successful completion of a drug screening and background check
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds when required
- Ability to drive and travel as needed
