- Lead Prenuvo’s creative team and guide its multidisciplinary work.
- Shape the brand across campaigns, paid media, social, web, content, motion, physical spaces, events, partnerships, and new experiences.
- Define the creative vision, principles, and standards of quality.
- Direct major campaigns, launches, partnerships, and brand initiatives.
- Develop the team’s structure, capabilities, performance, and career growth.
- Assess talent needs and decide when to draw on employees, agencies, freelancers, or production partners.
- Plan and prioritize the creative portfolio, resources, and team capacity.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Growth, Product Design, Clinical, Commercial, CX, and other teams.
- Turn business goals, audience insights, and channel strategies into creative opportunities.
- Present creative strategy and advocate for it with senior and executive leaders.
- Create scalable processes for creative requests, briefs, reviews, production, and delivery.
- Manage external creative partners and assess the effectiveness of creative work.
- Balance long-term brand development with performance goals.
- Find ways to use AI and emerging technologies to support creative exploration and efficiency.
- Stay hands-on with creative development for high-priority initiatives.
- Report to the VP of Design & Experience.

- Bring at least 15 years of experience in creative, brand, design, or related fields, including substantial creative leadership.
- Have at least 5 years of experience managing and developing creative teams and senior talent.
- Provide an exceptional portfolio showcasing brand strategy and creative direction across channels and experiences.
- Offer deep experience in brand, digital, web, paid advertising, social, video or motion, and integrated campaigns.
- Experience in physical or experiential design, such as retail, clinics, hospitality, or events, is highly valued.
- Understand both brand building and performance marketing.
- Have experience prioritizing portfolios, planning resources, building teams, and developing organizations.
- Have managed agencies, production partners, freelancers, budgets, and complex creative programs.
- Communicate and present effectively, influence senior stakeholders, and explain creative decisions.
- Understand product and UX design and collaborate with Product Design leadership.
- Be familiar with current creative tools and emerging AI-enabled creative technologies.
- Consumer marketing experience in healthcare, HealthTech, MedTech, wellness, or another regulated industry is strongly preferred.
- Be authorized to work in the United States at hire without current or future employer visa sponsorship.
- Pass a background check.
