DACH Account Executive, Client Services (Hybrid Berlin)
Account Executive responsible for creator relationships and branded campaign delivery at Influencer, a global creator marketing agency. The role supports DACH clients across TikTok, Instagram, Snap, and Waves.

- Manage relationships with high-profile clients and social platforms
- Coordinate with colleagues across the London and Berlin teams
- Identify influencers and develop relationships across varied content verticals
- Assist with the daily delivery of creator and branded content campaigns
- Check creator submissions against campaign briefs and agreed expectations
- Develop and maintain partnerships with creators and talent agencies
- Contribute to creator research, evaluation, sourcing, and outreach strategies
- Manage Waves campaigns, including brief uploads, content submissions, and creator payments
- Launch campaigns through TikTok Creator Marketplace, TikTok Creative Exchange, and Monday.com
- Keep Account Managers and Senior Account Managers informed of campaign progress
- Contribute to reports produced at the end of campaigns
- Assist with partner events and workshop programmes
- Prepare creator contracts and briefs, provide creator shortlists, and coordinate onboarding and communications
- Respond to client enquiries and assist with communications by phone and email
आवश्यकताएँ
- Fluent German and English language skills are required
- Strong interest in creators and thorough knowledge of platforms including TikTok, Instagram, and Snap
- A well-organised, precise working style with excellent deadline management and attention to detail
- High energy, multitasking ability, and confidence prioritising across multiple projects
- A collaborative, proactive, and positive approach to team goals and supporting colleagues
- Ability to establish strong working relationships with internal and external contacts
