- Support day-to-day operations for the Customer Service Broker team
- Handle operational tasks for returns and refusals
- Prepare, update, and review documents
- Take part in daily team meetings and training
- Help improve processes and the quality of team deliveries
- Follow processes accurately and help maintain service quality for the market
आवश्यकताएँ
- Currently studying for or holding a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Basic proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required
- Strong analytical ability and close attention to detail
- Well organized and disciplined in completing tasks
- Proactive, with a willingness to keep learning
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a team
- Focused on results and quality delivery
- Able to manage multiple requests efficiently
- SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Supply Chain experience is an advantage
- Broker operations experience is an advantage
