Contract Coordinator – 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract (Hybrid)
Coordinate Continuing Healthcare assessments for Xyla Healthcare Services, a UK healthcare solutions provider. Manage stakeholders, records, reviews, appeals and case progression.
विवरण
- Oversee the full assessment workflow for Continuing Healthcare services
- Arrange assessments, reviews and appeal meetings in line with service standards and operational KPIs
- Work with service users, families, clinicians, Integrated Care Boards and other relevant stakeholders
- Schedule assessments and track cases through to progression
- Request, organise and maintain essential records, including care home and GP documentation
- Serve as the primary contact for the designated service area
- Keep stakeholders informed and nurture effective working relationships
- Compile documentation for appeals
- Produce accurate records of meeting discussions
- Help maintain efficient patient flow and access to care and support
आवश्यकताएँ
- Previous experience in a busy administrative or coordination position involving competing priorities
- Experience in patient-facing work or NHS administration would be advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication with a focus on building trust
- Professional and confident when working with varied stakeholder groups
- Well-developed planning, organisation and time-management abilities
- Consistently precise, with close attention to detail
- Compassionate and resilient when assisting service users and their families
