- Oversee client contract activity, including renewals, milestones, change notes, work orders, statements of work and related documents
- Coordinate stakeholder contributions to keep contract work progressing
- Develop and maintain commercial processes, templates, registers and governance resources
- Handle client commercial queries and support pricing, tenders, proposals and commercial reviews
- Keep commercial trackers and registers current and produce management information
- Spot commercial risks and support timely escalation of issues
- Develop effective relationships across Finance, Legal, Client Management, Sales, Product, Technology and Operations
- Support colleagues in adopting consistent, well-defined commercial practices
- Keep commercial records and knowledge-management resources accurate and accessible

- Experience supporting contract management, renewals, pricing, procurement or supplier management
- Able to manage varied responsibilities, competing priorities and changing deadlines
