Client Order Coordinator - Hybrid in Bangalore or Chennai
Coordinate legal documents, filings, customer orders, and client records for CSC’s business, legal, and financial services operations. This full-time hybrid position is based in Bangalore or Chennai.

- Handle internal client inquiries through email and Salesforce Chatter
- Support EMC/EPS projects, including Group Split projects, minute book and document uploads, queues, Annual Reports, Corporate Transparency Act filings, and business licenses
- Deliver responsive service to internal and external customers
- Maintain customer records and update contact details
- Oversee assigned customer portfolios
- Share project updates with relevant teams
- Use company records, Navigator, and other databases with speed and accuracy
- Review and process legal documentation
- Process customer orders across multiple jurisdictions
- Resolve customer and documentation issues
- Deliver accurate documents within the required timeframe

- Any graduate with 5–8 years of experience
- Experience reviewing and evaluating documents in transactional or administrative settings
- Business-to-business customer service experience
- Experience with legal compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
