- Work with the CEO on strategic planning, goal-setting, and company-wide execution
- Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives, including product investments and operational improvements
- Align teams around priorities, timelines, and measurable outcomes
- Develop executive briefings, internal communications, and decision memos
- Surface organizational gaps, risks, and opportunities, then drive practical solutions
- Strengthen operating processes covering OKRs, metrics, executive meetings, and planning
- Represent the CEO in meetings when appropriate
- Turn leadership decisions into coordinated action
आवश्यकताएँ
- At least five years of experience in a high-growth startup, management consulting, investment banking, product operations, or another fast-paced environment
- Experience in venture capital or top-tier management consulting, with venture capital experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of investor workflows, including financial modeling, data room preparation, and fundraising support
- Track record of leading and delivering change management initiatives within rapidly growing organizations
- Strategic thinker who can convert vision into execution plans, structure, and measurable results
- Able to influence decisions and outcomes without formal authority
- Capable of independently prioritizing, executing, and rapidly refining work in ambiguous settings
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-focused, with the ability to manage several high-stakes workstreams
- Comfortable applying data and metrics to guide decisions and evaluate impact
- Experience leading or supporting company-wide initiatives with multiple senior stakeholders
- Proactive in anticipating needs, uncovering issues, and taking action
