- Own the annual marketing plan, target-account priorities, and pipeline goals.
- Build integrated campaigns with Product Marketing and the internal agency.
- Partner with Sales to generate pipeline, run account-based marketing, expand customers, and pursue strategic opportunities.
- Represent the company at conferences and industry associations, and lead partnerships and executive engagement programs.
- Set editorial priorities for campaigns, customer stories, thought leadership, and other content.
- Track and improve pipeline, account engagement, campaign performance, and market penetration.
- Report to the Vice President of Marketing.
आवश्यकताएँ
- Advanced spoken and written English is required for working with international clients, partners, and subsidiaries.
- Two to five years of B2B marketing experience, focused on growth marketing, demand generation, or field and event marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience developing and owning a growth strategy, annual marketing plan, and account-based marketing program.
- Experience working with Sales on pipeline generation, customer expansion, and strategic account opportunities.
- Experience developing integrated multichannel campaigns with Product Marketing and agency partners.
- Strong analytical skills and experience tracking and improving pipeline, engagement, and campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- B2B SaaS, technology, or regulated-market experience is an asset.
- Agency experience is an asset.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing and CRM or marketing automation tools is an asset.
- French and English bilingualism is an asset.
