AML Officer (Malta Hybrid)
Investigate financial crime alerts, manage AML cases, and support responsible gaming compliance for Torrero’s regulated iGaming and B2B payment solutions.

- Investigate alerts indicating potential money laundering risks and apply appropriate remediation measures
- Resolve AML cases promptly to support efficient customer dispute handling
- Identify gaps in processes or transaction flows and implement or establish measures to address them
- Support the development and upkeep of AML policies and procedures
- Investigate escalated queries and complaints and determine suitable action
- Create AML training materials and deliver training to relevant teams
- Coordinate with Customer Support, Responsible Gaming, Compliance, and CRM teams to uphold responsible gaming standards
- Produce recurring management reports and presentations on responsible gaming activities and results
- Monitor changes to laws and regulations affecting responsible gaming
- Maintain the company’s compliance with applicable responsible gaming obligations
- Carry out other reasonable duties assigned by the department
आवश्यकताएँ
- Prior AML experience within the iGaming sector
- Solid knowledge of AML principles and operational practices
- Discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information
- Experience with MGA and UKGC gaming licences is highly advantageous
- Knowledge of gaming regulations and industry standards in regulated markets
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluency in English
