Tavsif

  • Create and publish regular posts for HHHub’s social media channels.
  • Gather insights, updates and source material from colleagues for social posts.
  • Manage the content calendar and coordinate upcoming posts with the Brand & Event Lead.
  • Apply existing templates to produce consistent, on-brand visuals.
  • Tailor content to audiences on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
  • Develop content formats for social channels HHHub does not yet use actively.
  • Produce visuals and copy for paid advertising campaigns.
  • Help prepare campaigns for Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Use AI and creative tools to research ideas, prepare content and work more efficiently.
  • Review performance signals and recommend practical improvements to reach, engagement and conversions.

Talablar

  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong interest in social media, digital marketing and content creation.
  • Confidence with digital tools and ability to learn new platforms quickly.
  • Basic visual judgment and attention to brand consistency.
  • Ability to communicate with colleagues and turn their input into clear content.
  • Proactive approach and confidence in suggesting ideas or new ways of working.
  • Good organisational skills and ability to manage a content calendar.
  • Available to work onsite in Vilnius, part-time or full-time, for three months.
  • Preferred: experience creating content with Canva, Figma or CapCut.
  • Preferred: familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads or LinkedIn Ads.
  • Preferred: basic video editing, copywriting or visual design skills.
  • Preferred: experience managing personal, academic or community social media accounts.
  • Preferred: interest in FinTech, recruitment, events or B2B marketing.
