Tavsif

  • Manage dam repair and removal projects from initial planning through design, permitting, and construction support.
  • Define project scopes, fees, schedules, and budgets while overseeing contracts and delivery.
  • Produce and review engineering analyses, technical reports, plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Coordinate local, state, and federal permitting activities and grant applications.
  • Use hydrologic and hydraulic models to inform designs and regulatory submissions.
  • Work with clients, regulators, and multidisciplinary teams throughout New England.
  • Contribute to business development through funding strategies and proposal preparation.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and provide technical direction.

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
  • Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • At least 10 years of experience in water resources and dam engineering.
  • Thorough knowledge of dam safety regulations, codes, and industry standards.
  • Demonstrated experience leading dam repair and removal design projects.
  • Track record of producing high-quality technical reports and permit applications.
  • Proficiency with hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software.
  • Working knowledge of CAD-based design tools.
  • Strong capabilities in project management, communication, and mentoring.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10–15% throughout New England.

  • Successful completion of a criminal background check is required.
