Tavsif

  • Lead 2–3 engineering pods with 10–15+ engineers and, where applicable, lead or manager reports
  • Execute the cloud platform strategy and modernize the user interface
  • Track feature delivery, code quality, and team productivity
  • Improve development workflows in collaboration with other engineering leaders
  • Partner with Architects to shape technical roadmaps
  • Oversee the migration of legacy monoliths to scalable .NET microservices and responsive React micro-frontends
  • Collaborate with recruiting on sourcing, interviews, and onboarding
  • Develop action plans for both underperforming and high-performing team members
  • Advance continuous process improvement and engineering innovation
  • Act as a subject matter expert and influence strategy across departments
  • Lead the development, deployment, and governance of advanced AI systems across Coupa’s platform
  • Define approaches for building, evaluating, and scaling AI models
  • Improve model performance, MLOps, data quality, golden datasets, and AI observability
  • Work with Engineering, Product, and Platform teams to integrate AI into core business workflows
  • Establish standards for responsible and trustworthy AI

Talablar

  • At least 5 years of engineering management experience
  • At least 8 years of hands-on web application or platform development experience
  • Strong expertise in distributed systems
  • Experience working with REST and GraphQL interfaces
  • Experience designing modern .NET Core architectures
  • Experience delivering complex React single-page applications
  • Experience defining and reviewing business metrics
  • Ability to explain how new features support business metrics
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and align expectations with peer engineering managers
  • Ability to deliver complex, multi-quarter features on schedule and to a high standard
  • Ability to identify training needs and quickly ramp new hires on products, processes, and technology
