Tavsif

  • Lead creative strategy across organic social, paid acquisition, UGC, creators, and launches
  • Create concepts and briefs for Instapacks, drops, partnerships, and seasonal campaigns
  • Write hooks, scripts, and copy direction for internal teams and creators
  • Guide priorities and output across the social team, freelancers, and production partners
  • Collaborate with Leonhart and in-house creators on content and distribution
  • Review creative before publication and provide actionable feedback
  • Establish repeatable workflows for producing, reviewing, publishing, and testing content
  • Own the paid-social testing roadmap and adapt high-performing UGC for paid campaigns
  • Translate collector behavior, reviews, customer insights, and cultural moments into content
  • Manage the rolling content and launch calendar, extending campaigns beyond their first week
  • Use performance data to identify concepts, hooks, formats, and creators to scale
  • Deliver a weekly recap of creative performance
  • Maintain Rare Candy’s voice and visual direction
  • Partner with the Director of Growth and CEO on brand positioning and messaging
  • Audit six months of organic and paid content, establish a weekly creative cadence, and prepare initial briefs
  • Build the weekly creative pipeline, paid-creative testing program, creator and UGC system, launch backlog, and performance reporting process
  • Develop Rare Candy’s distinctive brand voice and visual identity while leading creative across Growth

Talablar

  • At least seven years of experience in creative strategy, social, content, or brand marketing
  • Background ideally includes a consumer, marketplace, gaming, collectibles, sports, or culture-focused brand
  • Track record directing effective creative and explaining the changes and results
  • Ability to write clear, compelling creative briefs
  • Fluency in TikTok, Reels, Shorts, YouTube, creator content, and paid-social formats
  • Experience briefing and managing creators
  • Ability to adapt creative based on performance data
  • Strong writing and editing skills for copy, hooks, and scripts
  • Strong communication and project management abilities
  • Ability to manage timelines and expectations across creators, freelancers, and internal teams
  • Knowledge of Pokémon and the trading card game world, including its products, creators, language, and culture
  • Paid-social creative scaling experience on Meta and TikTok is a bonus
  • Experience with drops, livestreams, or launch-led brands is a bonus
  • Experience growing a small creative team is a bonus
  • Dallas is preferred; remote candidates should be based in the United States with Central or Eastern time overlap
