Tavsif

  • Oversee daily publishing across intranet, email, digital signage, and other internal communication platforms
  • Manage editorial calendars, content submissions, approvals, and publication timelines
  • Write, edit, and proofread communications for associates
  • Create engaging internal content that strengthens awareness and supports organizational priorities
  • Coordinate approved messaging across business lines and channels during urgent or time-sensitive communications
  • Work with Communications leaders, content owners, and business stakeholders to maintain consistent, aligned messaging
  • Monitor performance and engagement metrics across internal communication channels
  • Produce recurring reports and insights on content effectiveness and audience engagement
  • Recommend improvements to communication processes, channel performance, content quality, and the associate communication experience

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Three to five years of experience in internal communications, employee communications, content publishing, corporate communications, or a related communications function
  • Experience with intranets, email communications, content management systems, digital signage, or comparable internal communication platforms is preferred
  • Proficiency with content management systems, intranet platforms, email tools, digital signage platforms, Microsoft 365, and related communication technologies
  • Ability to evaluate channel metrics and turn engagement data into actionable insights
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading capabilities
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage content intake, publishing deadlines, and multiple communication requests
  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential, sensitive, or time-critical information
  • High attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Communications partners, content owners, and business stakeholders
