Tavsif

  • Handle new policies, renewals, and mid-term adjustments
  • Create client quotes and supporting documentation
  • Keep the broker management system accurate and up to date
  • Follow up with insurers and clients on outstanding information
  • Schedule renewal activity well before policy expiry
  • Maintain complete and accurate policy, renewal, and client records
  • Work independently while joining regular team check-ins

Talablar

  • Prior experience in insurance or broker administration
  • Confidence using broker management systems such as Acturis or Open GI
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Clear written English communication
  • Ability to manage renewal deadlines reliably
  • Progress toward CII or a comparable qualification is advantageous
  • Commercial or personal lines experience is advantageous
  • Experience preparing reports in Excel is advantageous
