- Handle new policies, renewals, and mid-term adjustments
- Create client quotes and supporting documentation
- Keep the broker management system accurate and up to date
- Follow up with insurers and clients on outstanding information
- Schedule renewal activity well before policy expiry
- Maintain complete and accurate policy, renewal, and client records
- Work independently while joining regular team check-ins
आवश्यकताएँ
- Prior experience in insurance or broker administration
- Confidence using broker management systems such as Acturis or Open GI
- Excellent attention to detail
- Clear written English communication
- Ability to manage renewal deadlines reliably
- Progress toward CII or a comparable qualification is advantageous
- Commercial or personal lines experience is advantageous
- Experience preparing reports in Excel is advantageous
