  • Manage inbound leads from web forms and phone calls
  • Proactively contact current and former customers to encourage service use
  • Prepare service estimates by phone, SMS, and email
  • Help customers complete online orders and schedule moves
  • Recommend supplementary services and upgrades

  • Excellent communication skills and a strong aptitude for sales

  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • High emotional intelligence when working with colleagues and clients
  • Strong technical proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Preferred: 1–2 years of customer-facing experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or a similar field
  • Availability for a full-time, 40-hour Monday–Friday schedule
  • Willingness to work flexible evening and weekend hours during peak season from March through September
  • Ability to work in the Winston-Salem, NC office three days per week
