Tavsif

  • Validate customer remediation events under the Customer Remediation Policy
  • Analyze data associated with customer remediation events
  • Query SQL Server, Oracle, and Netezza databases to retrieve required data
  • Transform and analyze data with SAS, Excel, Toad, pgAdmin, Visual Studio Code, or comparable tools
  • Compare business-provided populations to assess the accuracy and completeness of populations, remediation calculations, and totals
  • Work with business partners through remediation milestones through event completion
  • Conduct population and milestone testing as part of validation activities
  • Review and test remediation population data to confirm accurate and complete customer populations and calculations
  • Evaluate and challenge business-line data processes
  • Validate data extraction, population verification, and financial calculations

Talablar

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Typically more than six years of relevant experience
  • Strong SQL skills for querying and transforming data across multiple database sources and structures
  • Experience with Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Netezza
  • Proficiency with SAS Enterprise Guide
  • Experience extracting, transforming, analyzing, and presenting data
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data manipulation with formulas and business intelligence tools
  • Experience with Power Query and VBA
  • At least two years of experience in testing, audit, or a relevant risk management environment
  • Knowledge of PCS, CPTS, and/or MPS systems, plus merchant processing and/or retail credit experience
  • Ability to work with minimal direct supervision while managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to follow U.S. Bank policies and procedures, including its Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and applicable workplace conduct and safety policies
